Stir-fried Pork with Cabbage and Fungus

1. Wash and slice pork

2. Add some pepper, water starch, light soy sauce, vegetable oil

3. Grab well and marinate for ten minutes

4. Wash the soaked fungus and set aside

5. Wash the cabbage, cut the cabbage into slices, and tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces

6. Cut red pepper, green onion, ginger

7. Heat the pan, add the meat slices when the oil is warm

8. Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add chili, green onion, ginger and fry until fragrant

9. Add the cabbage gang, stir fry for a minute

10. Under the cabbage leaves

11. Stir-fry for a while, when the cabbage becomes soft, stir-fry the fungus well

12. Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir fry for about two minutes

13. Season with salt and stir well
