Stir-fried Pork with Fruit and Cucumber

Peel the garlic and slice, wash the cucumber and cut into pieces for later use

Marinate the meat slices with cornstarch, light soy sauce, and pepper for half an hour.

Simmer in the oil pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry the pork slices and green onions on high heat.

Add the fruit and cucumber, stir fry for 2 minutes

Add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry for a minute

Add a little salt and collect the juice over high heat.
