Stir-fried Pork with Greasy Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into slices.

Use light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine for sliced pork belly, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes

Prepare green and red peppers, chopped green onions and minced garlic.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the mushrooms for two minutes, remove the cold water and control the moisture for later use.
