The mung bean powder is made by someone I bought directly at the vegetable market. When I go home, I stir fry with meat and green peppers. Because my family can’t eat spicy, I only put green and red peppers instead of chili powder. I like spicy ones. You can add more chili powder for super meal. "

2. Put the oil in the pot, add the fat and boil the lard over medium heat until the surface of the fat is slightly yellow.

3. Then add the lean meat, fry the meat flavor.

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper and scented leaves, stir fry for a fragrance.

5. Add mung bean flour, then add a small amount of water, and stir fry a few times.

7. The fried mung bean noodles are ready to be eaten when they are placed on a plate, which is very good for serving.
