Stir-fried Pork with Peanut Sprouts

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add the pork belly and stir fry;

Stir-fry most of the fat. When the pork belly is slightly burnt, add ginger slices and stir-fry;

Stir-fry the flavor and add peanut sprouts;

After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and pepper and other seasonings;
