The tempeh was specially made for me by my mother when I came home last year. I like the taste very much, it has the taste of my mother!

The only bad thing is that the tempeh is about to become a sauce when I turn the big bottle into the small bottle and pack it up and down."

Stir-fried Pork with Sichuan Douchi

1. Clean the pork belly and let it boil for a few minutes, and let it cool.

2. Sliced pork belly, tempeh, ginger and garlic slices.

3. Heat the pan and stir-fry the meat to get the oil, add the ginger and garlic slices and fry until fragrant.

4. Put the cooking wine and sauté until fragrant.

5. Put the tempeh and fry together for 2 minutes.

Note: I can't put other dishes in this, the tempeh is already salty enough.
