Stir-fried Pork with Straw Mushroom and Lettuce

The peeled lettuce processed directly from the vegetable farm is cleaned and sliced with an oblique knife.

The meat is cleaned and thinly sliced. Wash the straw mushrooms and cut them in half.

In a clean, water-free, non-stick pan, pour corn oil into it. Heat the oil on a high fire.

Add ginger slices and sauté.

Pour in the meat slices and stir fry quickly. In fact, it’s okay to slow down, it’s not sticky!

Stir fry until the meat is almost completely discolored, pour in straw mushrooms and stir fry together.

Stir-fry for a while, pour in the lettuce slices, and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of water, stir well, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

During the period, the red pepper segments are removed and cleaned. Cut thin rings vertically, simmer for enough time, open the lid, add the red pepper rings and stir fry for a while.
10.
Add salt to taste. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, turn off the heat and bring out the pot.

Load up!
Tips:
1. Straw mushrooms must be fresh to be delicious! 2. Lettuce and meat slices should be thinly sliced, better to fry. 3. If you want more freshness, you can add a little chicken essence after adding salt to make it fresh, but personally feel that it is good if you don't add it, because there are straw mushrooms!
