Stir-fried Pork with Tempeh
1.
Cut the pork into thick slices.

Slice garlic and shred ginger.
3.
Heat oil in the pan, add appropriate amount of ginger and garlic to the pan.

Put in the meat slices.
5.
Stir fry until the oil comes out.
6.
Then add the black tempeh and the remaining ginger and garlic.
7.
Stir fry the black bean flavor.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water and chicken powder.
9.
Stir fry for 30 seconds to turn off the heat.
10.
Serve it.
Tips:
Tempeh is very salty, so don't add salt.
