Beibei Pumpkin Steamed Pork Ribs

Fresh ribs, chop into small pieces.

Soak in the cooking wine for 30 minutes, change the water 2~3 times in between, soak the blood water.

Take out the bubbling ribs, wash them and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture and put them on the plate. Add the ingredients in the oyster sauce, dried chili, minced ginger, minced garlic, sugar, refined salt and black tempeh.

Grab it with your hands and marinate for 1 hour.

Bebe pumpkin, open from the top, dig out the flesh and wash it for later use. (Pumpkin seeds are drained, washed and dried, fried and eaten as a snack. They are very fragrant, don’t waste it)

Marinate the tasty ribs, add cornstarch and mix well.

Marinated ribs, stuffed into the pumpkin.

Put it in a deep dish, into a pot of boiling water.

Cover the pumpkin and steam it on high heat for about 1 hour. Sprinkle it with chopped green onion and enjoy it.
Tips:
1: Spare ribs, chop small pieces as much as possible, which is convenient for tasting and quick steaming in the later stage. (There are also versions where the spare ribs are steamed separately, and then steamed together in the pumpkin cup when they are seven or eight mature, but the elf thinks that steamed together is more delicious)
2: Put the pumpkin on the plate, as deep as possible. Because it takes a long time to steam, if you take the pumpkin directly, it may break.
3: The elves didn't have tools for professional opening, so they took a knife and cut it open. In other words, the pumpkin is quite strong, and it took a lot of effort to open it.
