Stir-fried Potherb Mustard with Mushrooms

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed)

Potherb mustard (cleaned)

Put the cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut open for later use.

Put the washed potherb mustard on the chopping board and cut into sections.
5.
Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the cut potherb mustard and stir fry.
6.
Then, stir in the freshly cut shiitake mushrooms, stir fry, and add some chicken essence. (With or without chicken essence is voluntary)
7.
Stir-fry and serve.
