Stir-fried Potherb Mustard with Oil Residue

Boil the water in the pot and cook for 2 minutes

Soak the cooked snow red in cold water for 10 minutes

Cut into small pieces and put it in the container and pinch it under running water

Dice fat pork and fry until golden brown (try to force out all the oil)
5.
Minced garlic and red pepper into the pot and sauté
6.
Add the potherb mustard, stir-fry, add salt and chicken bouillon.
