Stir-fried Preserved Fish with Chopped Pepper

Because cured fish is usually salty, soak in cold water or boil it in hot water. Here choose to soak the cured fish in cold water for 1 hour, and then cut the cured fish into strips;

Slice garlic, shred ginger, cut garlic leaves, soak tempeh in water for 2 minutes, rinse and set aside;

Heat the pan, pour in the cooking oil, after the oil is hot, put the cured fish in the pan and fry it, turn it over to the other side and fry it when it is browned on one side;

Set the preserved fish aside, add ginger, garlic and stir-fry for about 1 minute;

Add chopped pepper and tempeh, pour in cold water and cook for about 5 minutes;

Before starting the pan, add garlic leaves and stir fry for 30 seconds, and then top with light soy sauce;
Tips:
You can use red hot pepper instead of chopped chili, and stir-fry with ginger and garlic in step 4.
