Stir-fried Pumpkin Seeds

Dig out the pumpkin seeds and soak them in water to remove the mucilage on the seeds and remove the unsuccessful seeds. The soaking time is very arbitrary, you can wash it off immediately if you have time, and you can soak for half a day if you don't have time.
