Stir-fried Puquat with Carrots and Potato

1. Ingredients: Pugua (peeled, washed and sliced), potatoes (washed, peeled and sliced), carrots (washed, peeled and sliced)

2. Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add carrots and potatoes and stir fry.

3. Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

4. Flip and boil until the potatoes and carrots are broken.

5. Then, add the Pugua and stir fry until cooked.

6. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

7. Add the right amount of MSG.
