Stir-fried Rapeseed with Dried Eggs

Ingredients: dried eggs, rapeseed (washed)

Unpack the dried eggs, put them on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the washed rapeseed on the cutting board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the sliced rapeseed stalks and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the cut eggs and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.
