Stir-fried Razor Clams

Soak the razor clams in salt water and rinse them.

Cut the onion, ginger, garlic and chili.
3.
Pour the oil in the wok and heat up, add the green onion and ginger and stir fry until the aroma is achieved.

Tips:
1. The razor clams must be washed out in advance.
