Stir-fried Red Amaranth

A handful of fresh amaranth.

Soak the amaranth in light salt water and wash it well.
3.
Pluck the thick rhizomes.
4.
Mince garlic.
5.
Put the oil in the wok, add the minced garlic when the oil is hot, and explode the aroma.

Put in the amaranth and stir fry quickly.
7.
After the amaranth is sautéed, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
After washing the amaranth, the water does not need to be too dry, and there is no need to add water when frying.
