Stir-fried Red Amaranth

Wash the red amaranth and soak it in water.

Put oil in the pot, add dried chilies when the oil is warm, and stir up the flavor on low heat.

Pour in the red amaranth and stir-fry until the amaranth is cooked through, then add salt.

Out of the pot.
