Stir-fried Red Cabbage Moss

Pinch the vegetable moss into inch segments, remove the skin from the thick rhizome at the bottom; divide the thick rhizome into two halves

Prepare all the raw materials: cut the red pepper into two pieces, cut the garlic into thin strips; heat the pan, add cold oil, add garlic and chili and stir fry
3.
Stir-fry the aroma and add the red cabbage stalks; stir-fry a few times and then add the right amount of salt

Stir-fry evenly; put on the plate
