I have eaten fried rice cakes with sugar before, and later friends from the south gave me some rice cakes. I tried to stir-fry with Korean spicy sauce and it was delicious. It was beyond my expectation. I bought rice cakes just when there was spicy sauce at home, and quickly used up the spicy sauce. Hey 😁 or it will expire."

Stir-fried Rice Cake with Pork Belly and Spicy Cabbage

1. Cut all the side dishes

2. Saute the chives and garlic in a hot pot with cold oil, then add the spicy cabbage and stir fry

3. Put in pork belly

4. Add a little hot water to the rice cake

5. After the rice cake becomes soft, add the chives

6. Put hot sauce

7. Hot sauce and spicy cabbage are both salty, so you can decide whether you need to add salt according to your taste

8. Serve on the plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds to decorate

Tips:

I didn't use chicken essence. You can decide whether to put it according to your own taste. This dish needs to be eaten hot. When it’s cold, the rice cake becomes hard
