Stir-fried Rice Cake with Swimming Crab

Materials are ready.

Remove the gills and chop the swimming crab into pieces. If you think the claws are hard, you can also pat them with a knife in advance.

Boil the rice cakes with water, rinse with cold water, and serve on a plate for later use.

Pour bottom oil into the pot, add green onion and ginger and stir fry.

Add the crab pieces and stir fry until the color of the crab pieces is red and bright.

Add the cooked rice cake and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, sugar, and soy sauce to taste while frying.

Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. When the rice cake is cooked, use chopsticks to clamp it. It should be soft enough. If the cooking time is not enough, the rice cake will not taste good if it is fried hard. 2. The rice cakes should be eaten while they are hot, and the rice cakes will harden when they are cold.
