River prawns, also known as green prawns, are widely distributed in my country's freshwater areas such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds. It has a delicious taste, tender meat, easy to digest, and rich in nutrients. It is a high-protein, low-fat aquatic food, and is rich in calcium, iron, magnesium and other minerals.

Stir-fried River Prawns

1. Wash the river prawns, add a little salt, peppercorns, and cooking wine to marinate for ten minutes

2. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

3. Put oil in the pot, add anise anise

4. Put the river prawns and stir fry a few times

5. Add soy sauce, aged vinegar, green onion, ginger and garlic

6. Continue to fry

7. There is no water at all, so the fried shrimp will be crispy and can be eaten with the skin
