Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek

Ingredients: river prawns (cleaned), leeks (cleaned and cut into sections)

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the washed prawns and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, stir in the chopped leeks and stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
6.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.
7.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
