Stir-fried River Prawns with Leek

The raw materials are shown in the picture.

Clean the small river prawns, control the water for later use, pick and wash the leeks, cut into sections, and cut the peppers into sections.

Heat the wok, add a proper amount of oil, add chili and saute when the oil is hot.

Add the small river prawns and stir fry quickly.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce to the small river prawns and stir fry a few times.

Add the leeks and stir fry for a few seconds.
7.
Add in the amount of salt and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. During the whole process, stir fry quickly over high heat, and it will be out in a minute or two. The small river prawns are tender and the leeks are fresh, very delicious!
