Stir-fried San Xian

1. Prepare lettuce, high bamboo shoots, carrots, and peppers.

2. Slice high bamboo shoots, dice carrots and lettuce, and cut peppers into sections.

3. Add the cut carrots, lettuce, and bamboo shoots in the oil.

4. Add some salt to taste.

5. Stir-fry carrots, high bamboo shoots, and lettuce.
