Stir-fried Sauerkraut with Winter Bamboo Shoots

First, prepare the ingredients. Peel off the shells of 2 winter bamboo shoots, trim off the old part, 400 grams of sauerkraut, 3 spicy millets, and 20 grams of garlic.

Wash the winter bamboo shoots, cut into shredded bamboo shoots, clean and chop the sauerkraut, wash the millet spicy and cut into circles, peel the garlic, wash and mince.

Tips:
1. If the sauerkraut is very salty, you can soak it in cold water for 1 hour in advance, and then chop it.
2. My sauerkraut is not very salty, just add winter bamboo shoots without adding salt.
