Stir-fried Sausage with Garlic

Prepare the ingredients: Sichuan sausage, garlic sprouts; remove the old leaves and yellow leaves of the garlic sprouts, and wash them; wash the sausages with rice-washing water, and then rinse with water;

Pour clean water into the boiling pot and put in the sausages; bring to a high heat, turn to medium heat, and turn off the heat after the sausages are cooked;

Take out the sausage and slice it after cooling; cut the garlic stems and garlic leaves separately;

Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in a non-stick pan to heat;

Add sausage and stir fry;

After the sausage is fried to get the oil, add the garlic sprouts and continue to stir fry;

Stir-fry the ingredients until they are 9 minutes cooked, add the garlic leaves and continue to stir-fry; after the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat;

Start the pot and serve, and the 【Garlic Sausage】is ready.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Our Sichuan sausage is not salty. If your sausage is relatively salty, you can soak it in water for a while to remove the saltiness;
3. Sichuan sausages can be cooked directly, but it will extend the cooking time; if they are cooked ahead of time like mine, and then stir-fried, the cooking time can be saved;
