Stir-fried Sausage with Shredded Radish

Prepare the ingredients and prepare the amount according to your own population.

Peel and shred the radish, remove the seeds inside and shred the colored pepper, wash and slice the sausage.

Stir-fry shredded radish in hot oil first, add a little salt to force out the water. Stir-fry and serve. Set aside.
