Stir-fried Scallops with Double Sauce

Remove the inedible part of the scallop meat, wash and set aside; prepare the rest of the accessories

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, dried red pepper and saute until fragrant
3.
Add bean paste and sweet noodle paste and fry until thick.
4.
Pour a few drops of cooking wine, add the scallop meat and stir fry.
5.
Pour some water on the side of the pan, stir-fry for two or three minutes, add some oyster sauce, and stir well to get out of the pan.
