Stir-fried Sea Cucumber with Winter Melon

Prepare the materials, soak the hair in advance for those that need to be soaked, and wash them for later use.

Slice the winter melon and cut the sea cucumber into strips for later use.

Rise the pot, add a proper amount of oil, add in the cultivated sauté, add winter melon and bell pepper and stir-fry together

When the winter melon is almost ripe, usually add sea cucumber 5-6 minutes later and continue to stir fry.

After two or three minutes, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and stir fry.

Tips:
