Stir-fried Sea Melon Seeds with Nine Layers

Wash the sea melon seeds, mince the ginger, red hot pepper, white onion, and garlic, and chop the nine-layer pagoda for later use.

Cook a pot over medium heat, add a little cooking oil, and sauté the minced ginger, minced red pepper, minced white onion and minced garlic.

Mix in an appropriate amount of broth or boiling water, and add the seasoning.
