Stir-fried Sea Mushroom

A small handful of dried sea mushrooms.

Soak in cold water for about 3 hours, soak thoroughly.

Change the knife to cut into sections.
4.
Shred the green onion and ginger and dice the pepper.
5.
Put peanut oil in a pot, heat up, add green onions and sauté. Add chili ginger and stir.

Add sea mushrooms and stir fry quickly, then add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce to taste, and remove.

Tips:
1. The dried sea mushroom must be soaked in cold water to avoid loss of nutrients and affect the taste.
2. The oil must be hot and fast when stir-frying, so that more nutrients will be retained.
