Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Carrots

1. Shred beef

2. Add pepper powder, starch, Haitian premium first-grade soy sauce and Haitian Gudao cooking wine to marinate the beef

3. Wash coriander and cut into sections, wash and shred carrots, mince ginger and garlic for later use, heat oil in a pan, saute minced garlic and ginger, add shredded beef and stir fry
