Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Green Pepper

The beef is patted loose and shredded.

Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, oyster sauce and black pepper, stir well, pour in cooking oil and stir.

Marinate beef shreds for more than 15 minutes, and shred green peppers.

Put a little oil in the pan, put the shredded beef into the pan and stir-fry until it is half-cooked and set aside for later use.
5.
Put the green pepper shreds in a separate frying pan and stir-fry.
6.
Put the shredded beef into the wok and stir-fry together.
