Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Cloud Ears

Wash cloud ears, drain and set aside

Shred lean meat, mince garlic, cut millet pepper into small sections, cut green garlic and celery into sections for later use

Put oil in a hot pan, add garlic and millet pepper and saute until fragrant
4.
Add the lean meat and fry until the color changes
5.
Put light soy sauce and stir fry with oyster sauce
6.
Pour in cloud ears and stir fry
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and stir fry evenly
8.
Pour in the green garlic and stir-fry the celery.
