Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Pea Sprouts

Wash pea sprouts and set aside.

Boil in a pot for five minutes, remove and set aside.

Slice garlic, shred the meat and set aside.

Pour the bottom oil into the frying pan and scatter the shredded pork, add two teaspoons of cooking wine.

Add garlic flakes and chili and sauté until fragrant.
