Bean Sprouts Pork Ribs Soup

1. 1. Boil half a pot of water in a boiling pot for later use. Wash the ginger and pat loose. Wash the ribs and control the moisture.

2. 2. Heat the wok, add a small amount of cooking oil, and saute the ginger.

3. 3. Add the washed ribs and stir fry to get the oil. (The pork ribs I bought are fat and fat from the mountain, and there are also a lot of fat in the ribs)

4. 4. Scoop out some of the simmered oil. (I don’t like greasy, so I scooped out all the oil)

5. 5. Pour in boiling water and bring to a boil.

6. 6. Pour into a casserole, put an appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly over low heat.

7. 7. Wash the pea sprouts in water and remove the floating shells.

8. 8. After the ribs are cooked, add the pea sprouts and cook together. After the pea sprouts are boiled, turn off the heat and transfer to the food.
