Stir-fried Shredded Pork with White Celery

White celery is different from cress and dry celery in other places. Its stem base is strong, crisp, white stem, fragrant leaves, and more water. It is the leader of celery.

Remove the roots of the white celery, remove the rotten leaves and old top leaves, wash, cut into 5cm length, and shred the red pepper.
