Stir-fried Shredded Pork with White Celery
1.
Cut the meat into shreds and pickle with a little salt

Cut ginger, red pepper and set aside
3.
Wash white celery and cut into sections
4.
Put oil in the pan, add ginger and fry until fragrant, add pork shreds and stir fry until the color changes

Add red pepper
6.
Add white celery and stir fry
7.
Add salt and chicken broth to taste

Just install it
Tips:
White celery is very tender, don’t fry it for too long
