Stir-fried Shredded String Beans with Chopped Pepper

Preparation of main raw materials.

Chop garlic into minced garlic.

Tips:
1: Kidney beans, must be finely chopped when cutting, so that they can be cooked quickly without losing nutrients.
2: There are saponins and plant lectins such as carob. These two substances have certain toxicity, but they are not heat-resistant, so the carob must be cooked thoroughly, otherwise it is easy to cause poisoning.
