Stir-fried Shrimp Balls

Ingredients: Jiwei shrimp, sausage, carrot, yellow pepper and red cabbage

Cut the back of the prawn shell and shrimp line

Wash and drain the prawn balls with cooking wine, pick up salt and pepper, and marinate for a while

Cut the vegetables into the shape you like. Cut the sausage into sections and cut it into a chrysanthemum shape. Just cut one end of the sausage horizontally and then cut the bottom vertically. Don’t cut it.
