Stir-fried Shrimp with Celery

1. Wash the shrimps, trim off the whiskers and feet

2. Wash celery and cut diagonally

3. Garlic cut into small pieces

4. Cut the ginger garlic and chili

5. Put a little oil in the pot, put ingredient 4 into saute

6. Then add the shrimp, add a little cooking wine and fry until the color changes and it comes out of the pan

7. Stir-fry the celery first, add garlic and add a little salt

8. Pour in the shrimps last, add a little dark soy sauce and water, simmer for a while, and finally add some chicken essence and stir-fry evenly

9. Don’t fry it too dry, it’s best to leave a little bit of juice. After peeling the shrimp, you can eat it with vegetable juice
