Stir-fried Shrimp with Leek

Wash the shrimp

Mix with salt cooking wine and marinate for a while, mince ginger

Remove the old part and tail of the leek, wash and cut into sections
4.
Stir fry in hot pot with cold oil and ginger and shrimp
5.
Increase fuel consumption and stir fry evenly out of the pan
6.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the leek and stir fry over high heat
7.
Stir fry the leek with salt to change color
8.
Add the fried shrimp and mix evenly

Tips:
The shrimps are very tender and should not be fried for long
The leek should not be fried for long
