Stir-fried Shrimp with Spinach

After removing the shells, pick out the shrimp thread, add salt, cooking wine, starch and other seasonings to marinate;

Boil pot water, add some salt and oil;

Put the spinach in a pot, blanch it to change its color, and remove it;
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the marinated shrimps and stir fry;
5.
Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, then add blanched spinach and stir-fry;
6.
Stir-fry twice and add salt to taste;
7.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. Add some salt and oil when blanching vegetables to keep the green color of the vegetables; 2. Blanch the spinach before cooking to remove oxalic acid.
