Stir-fried Shrimp with Wine

Cut off the tentacles of the shrimp, wash and drain and set aside

Heat up a pan, add 1 tbsp of salad oil and fry the shrimps on medium heat until they turn red, add some white wine and remove them for later use

Put all the spices in a bowl and mix for later use

In the same oil pan, add the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant
5.
Put all the seasoning sauce in the pot and boil until boiled
6.
Add the dry fried shrimp and stir fry until it is covered with sauce, pour the rice wine along the side of the pan, change to high heat and continue to cook until dried
7.
Pour black vinegar before turning off the heat, stir evenly and then sprinkle in chopped green onion and parsley, complete
