Ingredients

Stir-fried Sixties with Black Pepper and Basil

1. Rub off the sixties with your hands

2. Boil water to blanch the sixties

3. Wash and drain water

4. Heat the pan, first stir the ingredients into the pan and fry until fragrant

5. After the ingredients are fragrant, put them in the sixties and fry them together

6. Add basil after sautéing the sixties

7. Season with leeks

8. Just serve it

Tips:

If you have time, you can use salt water to bubble up and let it spit clean sand, instead of blanching, it will be more sweet and delicious.
