Stir-fried Sixties with Black Pepper and Basil

Rub off the sixties with your hands

Boil water to blanch the sixties

Wash and drain water

Heat the pan, first stir the ingredients into the pan and fry until fragrant

Tips:
If you have time, you can use salt water to bubble up and let it spit clean sand, instead of blanching, it will be more sweet and delicious.
