① Put the snails in boiling water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove and drain the water.
②After the wok is overheated, add cooking oil, sauté ginger slices, garlic, and shallots on medium heat (cut the green onion leaves into chopped green onions for later use), then add chili sauce and black pepper sauce and stir-fry the sauce over low heat.

③ Turn to high heat, pour in drained snails and stir-fry, and put some salt in the middle.
④After the snails are delicious, they are served and served out of the pot.
