Stir-fried Snails

Cut off the bottom of the snails, sprinkle in salt, and stir several times to remove the dirt on the outside of the snails.

Rinse with water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry minced ginger.

Pour the screws and stir fry.

Add a little dark soy sauce, two spoons of sugar, a little salt, and stir well.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Add monosodium glutamate, vinegar, and heat to collect the juice.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. The snails should be raised with water in advance, and vomit out the contents in the abdomen.
2. Don't fry the snails too old, but you don't have to fry them well.
