Stir-fried Soaked Cowpea with Oil Residue

The ingredients are as shown above.

The soaked cowpeas and pickled peppers are cut as shown in the picture.

Cut the green pepper and garlic as shown in the picture.

Put the meat slices into the pot.

Stir dry until the oil runs out.
