Two-color Pork with Cowpeas

Soaked cowpea and fresh cowpea, respectively, Qi'e morning grains. Add the minced meat with cornstarch and mix well.

Heat the pan on a small fire, and fry the fresh cowpea in the pan to remove the moisture. No need to drain oil. After the cowpea changes color, you can shovel it out and set it aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot. When it's hot, add the soaked cowpea and fry it out sour.

Add the minced pork and stir-fry until it is cooked.

Add fresh cowpeas and stir fry together, and stir well. There is no need to add salt to this dish, because the soaked cowpea already has a taste. For those who like to have a bit of spicy flavor, you can cut a few two wattle sticks into froth, and stir-fry them before starting the pot.
